The Titan of Tone Kenny "Blue" Ray was one of
our very special guests that evening.
Thanks Kenny! |

Our debut at the famed Redwood City Wednesday Night Blues Jam was a smashing success due in no small part to our wonderful guests that evening including the explosive Kay Bohler who sang her pretty blonde head off. She had a great band behind her that included
Ms Wendy DeWitt on piano and vocals. We were also blessed to have local blues "King" Kenny "Blue" Ray, the Titan of Tone, on guitar. Add to that a wonderful crowd of enthusiastic blues fans and you have an evening worth talking about for a long time. Ray Figueroa,
as usual, lead the way for the rest of us with his razor sharp fashion sense, bravo Ray! |

We love playing Lou's Pier 47
in San Francisco's historic
Fisherman's Wharf, especially
when so many good looking fans
come out to see us.
At far left is the band outside of
Lou's Pier 47 on a recent Sunday gig.
Near left is Bonita and Barbara
and below is Bronica and Jason
who were all our cheering section
on that fine spring day. |

Two of our biggest supporters and friends,
Ms Vicki and Bobbie. Thank you ladies...
Ray is always ready to share his thoughts with his fans, then her
husband decided to share his thought as well. |

Sam's Chowder House has it all!!! Great food, drinks, scenery and a crowd of wonderful people gathered together to swing to the South City Blues Band's beat one recent Sunday afternoon. Here you see the band
on a break, Susan and Pete share a playful moment and Ms Vicki proudly displays her new bumper sticker from her favorite band. |

Greg Heumann and founding SCBB member Vince Caminiti lend their support and
Greg sat in with us for several memorable tunes, thanks guys. Francine, Michael and
Evangeline are always welcome faces on our ever growing friends list. John Lull is
saying hello to our friend Robin. |

The Moose Lodge doesn't exactly sound like a party house when you say it, but it sure is when you play it, like we did last Saturday night. Above left we see some
greatful fans who each walked away with a handful of South City Blues Band bounty like our sampler cd and bumpersticker. John Boutell proudly displays our
official band drink. What was that stuff again? June Lull is always a welcome site at our gigs and John Lull agrees! At left is a mere sample of the fine cuisine that
was offered to guests and musicians alike that fine evening. We ate like kings! We were there to help celebrate the wedding, the next day, of Keith and Lindsey.
Good Luck kids! |

WOW, we sure had fun at the Mojo Lounge
5th anniversary party where we made our
debut at that venerable club helping owner
Dennis Briggs (below right) to celebrate in
style. We had the fabulous "Gino Bambino"
sitting in with us on harp. Joe Lempkowski
and John Lull (below left) Amy Lou of Amy
